HPCUS DEI Statement

The HPCUS publishes the Homœopathic Pharmacopœia of the United States, which constitutes the legal and “official list” of homeopathic medicines in the United States. The formation and continual updating of that list is a highly technical, science-based process.

The mission of the HPCUS also includes the promotion of the healing art of homeopathy.  The aim of homeopathic practice is the restoration of health to the sick and to the suffering. The HPCUS promotes universal access to this healing art without limitations of any kind.

To help accomplish our mission, HPCUS is dedicated to working with a diverse and inclusive community.  Our members include experts who have familiarity and experience with homeopathy or who bring related subject matter expertise to establish standards for safe and efficacious homeopathic drug products.  Such experts and all other participants from the stakeholder communities are welcome without regard to protected traits, including, and not limited to, race, ethnicity, age, ability, family responsibilities, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, personal appearance, political affiliation, religion, sex, and sexual orientation. The HPCUS opposes all forms of discrimination and stands with our members in pursuing equity, celebrating diversity, and creating inclusive work environments.  We aspire to listen and learn, to be better and do better, as an organization and within a society for all people.
